CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If you are eligible for a return, Leisure Studio will happily provide an exchange, credit note or refund upon the safe return of your item/s. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

Please do take your time placing your order, and if you need any help with your purchases let us know.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS 
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 
 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Leisure Studio has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

COST OF RETURNS
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. 

ORGANISING A RETURN
If you've met the above requirements please email us to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEMS
If your order has arrived in the wrong size or in any way different to how you expected, please don't hesitate to email us at and include the order number on your order number so we can resolve the issue.
